Bayridge, Brooklyn Kitchen & Bath

The existing dining room, living room, and kitchen were all separated by partition walls. The kitchen was the original kitchen, completed in 1975. For this “full-gut” renovation we removed all the partition walls to create a more open and inviting space.

The new environment features a stunning modern design, rich in high-end finishes and low voltage smart-home electrical, featuring multicolored lighting controlled by a smartphone. One of our favorite features of this project are the motion detectors to control lighting without needing to use switches. The future is here!
