Project Overview
This was a gut renovation of a two bedroom apartment on the Upper West side. We moved the entire kitchen and created an extra bedroom in the kitchen’s existing space, creating instant equity for the home owners.
Design & Transformation
During this project, we also renovated two bathrooms with custom hand-crafted tile work. Due to the hand crafted nature of the tiles, there we small imperfections, so this resulted in very careful and very specific placement of each tile. To do so we mapped out the location of each tile before installation.
Craftsmanship & Results
The end of this NYC gut renovation project resulted in a gorgeous outcome and clients who were delighted to enjoy an apartment designed for their needs and aesthetic.
